2019 has been one of our busiest and biggest years to date. The swim school team took Wessex Swim School to 1,000 swimmers in March and our Events team had one of the most diverse and exciting years we have ever had, with more event consultancy and delivery for external partners as well as launching new events of our own.
Mid-season we received notice from our landlord that they were selling so we need to find a new HQ and fast! We have moved a few times over the last 15 years in Chandler’s Ford, Romsey and Eastleigh and for the last 2.5 years being based in the bustling town of Eastleigh had been very good for the team. Easy access to motorways both M3 and M27, regular trains to and from Winchester, Southampton and London where we have the majority of our meetings. So Eastleigh was where we wanted to stay, thankfully a lovely converted residential unit came up which required me to get my paintbrushes out! Couple of weeks of hard graft and in the evenings, lick of paint, new carpets and signage and it feels like home!
